K-ON! Azusa Nakano Gallery

Azunyan Nakano gallery sums up my K-ON! gallery series. I don’t think the other K-ON! girls are worthy enough to have their own galleries unless someone manages to convince me otherwise ^^. Azunyan may not have as many fans as Yuri or Mio but considering her appearance late in the series, she has quite number of fans. I mean who does not like nekomimi anyways ^^. Preorder: Nendoroid Saber Lily by GSC

Another preorder of Saber Lily and this time is the nendo version. It’s due for release on October 2009. Since I already have Alter Nanoha and Alter Saber Lily from my recent preorder, I had to cancel my Miku “World is Mine”, otherwise,  I will go over the limit of 1 figure / month  and I know there will be at least pre-order in December 2009 so I would like to keep that month empty. Cancelling Miku saves me about 3,000 yen which is a good thing ^^.

All About Toronto, Eh? Part 1

Inspired by Danny Choo and his Tokyo Photo Walk series , I have decided to start my own series. There is no specific day/week/month to post unfortunately because I don’t want to burden myself and make blogging in to a work. As for title, I chose Toronto since it is the city where I currently live in and as for the ‘Eh’ part, it’s a trademark for Canadians to end their sentence with ‘Eh’ (not everyone speaks like though). More info can be found on Wikipedia. For first post in this series, it includes photos from recent visit to High Park and some bits and pieces about myself.

K-ON! Ritsu Tainaka Gallery

Without even realizing it, it becomes a ritual/habit for me to post a gallery on every Monday to start my week and hopefully, it will keep going as long as I can ^^.  Following up from my K-ON girls gallery , we start another great week with some images from Ritsu Tainaka. Hopefully, this gallery can boost her polling count ^^. A quick question for fellow bloggers, do you post certain posts on a particular day of week ? or do you just post randomly whenever you feel like it. Aside from my Monday gallery post, I have my monthly post of Claymore manga chapters. So far I am enjoying the weekly/monthly post routine but things may change in the future.

Preorder: Saber Lily and Nanoha by Alter

It’s been a while since my last pre-order post: Miku World is Mine but now there are 2 great figures being released on October by Alter. One is Saber Lily 1/8 and the other is Nanoha Takamachi 1/7.  Being manufactured by Alter, they both are quite pricey especially Nanoha but of course, sometimes price is no longer an issue for us figure collectors when it’s from our favourite series. Make use of your credit card people ^^ and have fun paying it on the next month ^^;;. More pictures below via Hobby Search.

K-ON! Tsumugi Kotobuki Gallery

Lurking around the Internet in search for Tsumugi Kotobuki large resolution images is not as challenging as I thought it would be. It’s only fair to post some images of other K-ON members aside from Mio and Yui and maybe with this post, Tsumugi can gain some fans ^^. Last week when I posted Yui’s gallery, I was quite surprised that Yui is leading as the favourite among my regular readers/lurkers since I was sure that Mio would out-poll others easily. AX2009 Pre-Loot

In preparation for Anime Expo 2009 and its overloaded Japanese guest of honours, I bought some merchandise specifically for signing purpose so I guess you can call this as AX2009 pre-loot ^^. The Japanese guest of honours that will be my main target for signatures are Yosuke Kuroda, Daisuki Ishiwatari and Morning Musume.

Laid back Yui is looking to gain more supports for her fan club to compete with Mio’s and she is trying to show the world that she can be as cute as Mio ^^. AX2009 Japanese Guest of Honours

As you all probably already know, I am planning to go to Anime Expo 2009 this year on July 2 to 5. I got my hotel booked from July 1 to 5 so I took 2 days of from work (July 2nd and 3rd) for AX09. Honestly, I am really excited as it is happening last than one month. Knowing that Anime Expo is the biggest anime convention in North America and I will be there for 4 days, I am utterly pumped. My trip to Anime Expo 2009 in LA this year is even more worth it that it already is with list of well-known Japanese Guest of Honours. Since most of them are usually announced nearing the convention time due to their schedule so there may be some additional Japanese guest of honours after this post is written.
