My roommates and I organized a Christmas party this year. For the last 4-5 Christmas, I spent it with my family since my parents and sister usually come to visit me every year , however, this time, I got to spend it with my friends. Not to mention, my friend from Windsor and his brother also came to visit me so it was a lot of fun.

Kiss x sis is a manga adaptation with the same title. Toronto is hit with a really bad snow storm and many delays everywhere as far as public transport goes so I was kinda worried that no one would be able to make it. I arrived around 8pm and I was the last one to arrive. Due to snow, I had to drive really slow. Better safe than sorry ^^.
We had only 7 people there which was really great considering the weather condition. So there were Me (Saku), Rin, ETERNAL, Litokid, Calvin, Howard and Momo. The last 3 are Rin’s friend and I met them couple of times already during anime convention. GNdynames was going to come but his parents had a different plan for him ^^;;

December Toronto Anime con is a one-day convention held in Metro Toronto Convention Centre which is the same place where Fan Expo 2008 was held. Despite of being a one-day convention, many people actually came and I was guessing that there were more people there than at Dot-con.

December is the month of loot for me and I am so not looking forward to pay my credit card bill next month lol.Today’s loot is 2 x 2009 calendars and I am not even sure why I got 2 calendars ^^;. Impulse buy got the best of me once again and I totally have no self-control ^^;;
My parents got me a new 24″ LCD Monitor for my bday back in October and it’s a BenQ V2400W. The nice thing about this LCD monitor is that it has a HDMI input and 2 DVI inputs which means, I can connect my ps3 to this monitor. My experience so far has been really great and so happy with this monitor ^^. More pictures under the cut ^^.
My pre-ordered finally arrived and 2 of them came during the weekend. Two thumbs up for Canada Post for delivering it on weekends although the postman looked grumpy (because he had to work on the weekend I guess).
Shiki looks awesome and beatiful. The details on her kimono is just amazing; I really can’t wait to do a photo shoot with her ^_^.
Meanwhile, Octavia looks great too and I think Kotobukiya did a good job on this one (at least that’s what it looks from outside the box).
As for Asa Shigure, Alter’s quality should not be questioned ^^.
