Gundam OO Ep. 24 : They all die [Spoilers]

As you may already notice, I put a [Spoilers] tag as a warning for my readers since apparently,I ruined someone’s enjoyment with episode summaries containing spoilers :(. My summary may or may not contain spoilers so read it at your own risk :D.

Anyways, we are nearing the end of first season so the creator decided to ‘Lets kill couple more characters’ just for fun >.>. Well I guess it can be expected from a Gundam series for example, if we look back at Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny, many supporting characters die toward the end of series if I remember correctly.

D.Grayman Ep 75 : Clown and Auguste

I had a really bad bad week >.>. I got sick on Sunday night and took 2 days off from work and I am not even fully recovered yet; I still cough like crazy , get a headache once in a while and last but not least, sore throat. Sore throat is probably my thing every time I catch a cold so I am so used to it by now. Couple sore throat medicines and chinese sore throat powder always do the job every time ^^.

Enough about me and my sickness, lets talk about D.Grayman Ep 75 : Clown and Auguste. A quick sneak peek from last episode, Lenalee is about to get pwned by Millenium Earl and Allen appears at the last minute to stop him. Lucky her, eh ? ^^. Soon after Allen and Earl engage in fearful one on one battle. Earl turns his umbrella into a big sword (hint: one of the exorcist will get similar sword later on ;p ).

Gundam OO Ep. 23 : My Wish Comes True

I have been busy all week with a big freelance project so no time to write an episode summary, although, I watched right after I downloaded it ^_______^. Episode 23 by Shinsen-subs is finally here and release on Tuesday as usual. Well… I have been hoping that one of main character gets killed since it nears the end of the first season. In this episode, my wish has been granted>Evil Grin<.

Aeolia Schenberg had prepared everything in advanced in case something happens to him. He left each original Gundams with the real solar reactor a Trans-Arm system and he erased all data about the Gundam Meisters from the Verda system. The Trans-Arm system is a double-edge sword. It does give a Gundam 3x more output, however, after reaching the time limit, the Gundam will run out of energy and only have enough for minimum usage until its solar energy has been recharged.

Detolf Glass Cabinet from IKEA

Big thanks for Danny and readers at dannychoo.com for mentioning about this clear glass cabinet in his post. I had been thinking of getting this for a while but finally last Thursday, I somewhat forced myself to drive to IKEA after work since I usually just want to go home after work and chill in front my computer. I got in and out from IKEA within like 20 minutes and I probably break some kind of record for the fastest shopping time ever at IKEA XD. Well… I know what to buy and where to get it so I just grab it and go to a cashier.

It’s all looking good so far since I got my cabinet and was hurry to go home and set it all up so I can put my figures in there. When I open the package, it turns out that there are 2 missing pieces -.- . Just my luck, eh? So I have to go back to IKEA the next day and get the rest of the missing parts.

Today, I assembled everything and the whole process took probably less than 30 minutes. Pretty easy to assemble, I think but 2 persons may be needed since the glass is pretty heavy so someone needs to hold them so you can put everything together. I putsome of my figures right away. As you may already notice, majority of my figures are from Fate series ^________^. Saber FTW ^_^b

D.Grayman Ep 74 : Edo's Annihilation

My week won’t be completed without an episode of D.Gray-man. Shinsen-subs finally releases episode 74 right on schedule. Episode 74 was airing on March 11th, 2008 and Shinsen-subs released it on March 13th, 2008. 2 Days after the airing date is pretty damn fast. Huge props to D.Gray-man team @ Shinsen-subs ^_________^ for bringing in Episode 74 with such speed. This episode is equal to chapter 87 and 88 of the manga version.

Before I go on to episode summary, I have a confession to make…….. I cheated and read the manga all the way through as I couldn’t wait XD but it’s a fast reading so I might miss a lot of details. I stayed awake until 3 am in the morning reading chapters by chapters XD.

FFXI Drama

Being in a HNM LS, one can never really evade/avoid this thing called ‘Drama’. An HNM leader(s) can basically come up with any friggin rules that he/she/they wants and there are still going to be a group of people that’s unsatisfied and claims that they are being treat unfairly.

In general, people want items and MOARRRRR items and greedy by nature including me of course. We always want more and more in everything including Real Life not just FFXI. If I can get MOAARRRR items without attending events or attending less items, I probably do it lol. I know it’s sad but that’s the truth. Luckily so far, I never really got caught into some big drama or some sort. I got some items which I think I earned it based on my attendance and of course there are probably people who don’t think so. Who knows , right ?. One thing for sure, I surely earned my RDM AF2 Hat with my attendance , however, since I got my AF2 hat, my attendance is getting worse just because I am lazy and I have nothing to look forward to XD. RDM AF2 is probably the pinnacle of my Dynamis career. It was not easy to get 5/5 on RDM AF2 and it’s surely a long road. Not to mention RDM AF2 hat is a rare drop in Dynamix-Xarcabard.

I am not fond of drama especially when I am part of it but for some weird reasons, I enjoy reading drama thread or emo live journal like what Cyrinah, my former HNM LS leader, posted in her journal. I have nothing against her or anything but I was just surprised when AJFA was disbanded and barely any clue of what was going on since at that time, my parents were here and I had not attended any events except dynamis.

Anyways, it’s all in the past, there is no point discussing it anymore :D.

Gundam OO Ep. 22 : Trans-Am

Gundam OO Ep. 22 is finally here by Shinsen-subs. Little bit late than usual but it’s all good :D. At the end of last episode, Lockon got injured really bad because he was shielding Tieria from the enemy attack. I was hoping that he will die but it turns that he is pretty much alive and healthy except that he lost his good eye which he uses for snipping purpose. I guess main characters just don’t die easily.

JA: Sekkanoki

I got more info about Sekkanoki. It’s a level 60 Job Ability like I originally thought as there is no way in hell it’s going to be under lvl 38 JA and it has a 5-min recast timer. An interesting info was found in allakhazam and blue gartr forum. Hagun does not work with Sekkanoki. Millich from allakhazam did some testings yesterday and he found out that Sekkanoki uses the ftps of 100%ws so in this case , Hagun TP bonus does not apply.

I double-checked his testing with blue gartr forum and confirmed the validity.

I am not sure if this is a bug or not but imho, it’s pretty stupid if it does not work with Hagun or any latent effects.

FFXI Update Mar. 11, 2008

New updates that we all have been looking forward to are finally here. List of full updates is at POL website. This update focuses on the latest expansion: Wing of the Goddess. A lot of new areas and Dancer(DNC) + Scholar(SCH) updates are added. They finally added AF gears for DNC and SCH. I could careless with SCH as I didn’t even unlock the job yet. My DNC is currently level 20 so the new updates should get me started again on DNC :D.
